Team Information
- No team will
be allowed to compete without a completed waiver.
- Teams are
responsible for their own warm-up pucks.

Teams must have matching uniforms with matching
numbers.
- Each team is
required to have at least one coach over the age of 21.
- No more than
3 coaches allowed on the bench.
- No coaches
under the age of 21 without prior approval from the tournament
coordinator.
